Another Pokemon Artwork I felt the urge to create today =3 I hope you all like it! I tried some new techniques with lighting and colouring, and I'm kinda proud of this one (I've never been able to draw underwater scenes XD
Please comment on any feedback you can give me on this one - It would be greatly appreciated - And yes, I'm probably going to draw the rest of the Eeveelutions before the end of the month XD

Well first, let me just say Wow! When I saw it, it gave a sudeden impact and vision I was under the sea with the pokemon. I like the way the sunlight going into the water reflects down upon the pokemon to give it a special effect like the sparkles where the light is coming down on the pokemon has.
It is very original as you have thought carefully about what textures you wanted and what impact you needed to show, you would not also think of this out of the top of your head, which some might but I see you have taken care with this.
The colouring and the drawing is well presented and the shading fits in nicely not making it seem to dark or light. What I like also that you can tell straight away which pokemons they are without having to stare at it for a long time before making out the shape of the pokemon.
It is also not to bright, otherwise it would put to many people off, so the tone and colour brightness of it seems well thought of.
